The management of Ohio Gratings, Inc. (OGI) is committed to providing employees and visitors with a safe and healthful workplace and safe guarding the environment. The company will conduct business in an environmentally responsible manner and comply with applicable requirements. It is the policy of OGI that employees report unsafe conditions and do not perform work tasks if the work is considered unsafe or would cause an adverse environmental impact. Employees must report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to their supervisors. No such report will result in retaliation, penalty, or other disincentive.
This policy statement serves to express senior management's commitment to and involvement in providing our employees a safe and healthful workplace.
