PressLock Bar Grating: Advantages
Within the manufacturing process, PressLock offers flexibility to the end user based on the spacing and the load requirements. Bar spacings are available in increments of 7/16" in either direction making it ideal for standard flooring applications as well as a multitude of architectural applications such as building facades, fencing, sun screens, security barriers and handrail infill panels. For mezzanine flooring, the PressLock cross bars can be assembled closer together for greater foot comfort. The flush top design allows for a smoother rolling surface for push carts which are often used in distribution centers and warehouses.

Both the bearing bars and cross bars are spaced at 1-5/16" center to center. This spacing is appropriate when pushcarts & pallet jacks are not use on the mezzanines.

This is the most popular spacing. (1-5/16" center to center on the bearing bars and 7/16" center to center on the cross bar). Ideal for carts & other rolling equipment.
