In 1970, Ohio Gratings, Inc. opened in Canton, OH as a distributor and fabricator of light duty steel bar grating for Blaw Knox Gratings with an 8,000 SF facility. As years passed, OGI began to manufacture bar grating products and selling them to a more regional customer base. Product offerings soon began to grow and OGI began to reach outside of its Midwestern roots. With increasing product lines, a growing customer base from coast to coast began to emerge. Manufacturers Representatives began to sell OGI's products and have continued to be a mainstay in OGI's development. After decades of growth, Ohio Gratings products had begun to trickle into the international marketplace. With a current facility that houses 312,000 square feet of manufacturing and fabrication, and the 5 nationwide locations, OGI now has the ability to serve customers around the globe. From light duty aluminum to heavy duty carbon steel, OGI is proud to offer products for both industrial and architectural applications worldwide.
