CANTON, OHIO—Ohio Gratings, a global leader in aluminum and steel grating products, announced today that it has acquired neighboring company, Precision Component Industries, LLC, and its nearly 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Canton, Ohio.

Precision Component Industries (PCI) specializes in high-precision, low-volume manufacturing to meet the complex needs of customers in the aviation, automotive, military, and space exploration markets.

For more than 50 years, Ohio Gratings has invested in Ohio-based manufacturing and skilled trades. The addition of family-owned PCI will allow Ohio Gratings to expand into new markets with a broad range of machining capabilities.
